The PMS testing case is a smart and versatile testing device for a wide range of applications:

For the various application areas, the PMS testing case can be equipped with the appropriate sensors and test sequences. The menu-guided, pre-programmed test sequences guide the user through the test. Test reports are automatically created digitally, containing all the details for the evaluation and can be downloaded, signed and sent directly via smartphone or tablet.

Solutions for applications
In public gas, drinking water and district heating supply as well as in the process industry, the tightness of pipeline networks is of utmost importance. Installation, maintenance and regular testing must be carried out with corresponding care.
The PMS (Pressure Measuring System) leak testing system is a portable complete system for leak testing.
This consists of, among other things, a PMS3000 pressure testing case for carrying out the leak tests with an integrated, user-friendly and graphic-capable 7″ or 4.3″ color touch display and the EPP test pumps for pressure build-up during leak tests of drinking water pipes.
The water flow measurement during blow-off tests according to W400-2 is integrated in the test pump. The system is completed by a variety of connection components such as the individually equipped ZBK accessory case, the PSR test stand pipe and the gas service connection accessories.
