The PMS3000 pressure testing case from UNION Sensors was specially developed for leak testing in pipeline construction. The compact system combines an operating terminal, modern measurement technology and an integrated protocol printer in a robust, waterproof and construction site-suitable plastic case.

All test parameters can be entered quickly and intuitively via a color graphic-capable touch display, while the test sequence is clearly guided and visualized.

The PMS3000 contains all testing methods in accordance with DVGW guidelines G469 (A):2019 and DVGW W400-2:2004 completely stored. Even inexperienced users can therefore carry out standard-compliant tests safely and without additional prior knowledge.

Each test sequence ends with an automatic evaluation and a clear documentation of the test result.

During the test, all measurement data is recorded in real time and displayed graphically on the display.

Additional test methods, for example according to the Pressure Vessel Ordinance, EN 1610 for sewage canals or test sequences for cable protection pipes (e.g. ZTV TKNetz40), can be flexibly integrated.
